The room had a great view and was well positioned, cozy and surrounded by nature, but the pillows were too thick, so we had to sleep on the smaller ones. Besides that, there was a small tea and cutlery service, but no forks or plates, so we couldn’t eat on the premises.

The spot is great and the owners are super friendly, but the little lane leading to the place isn’t very well lit.

The place is quiet and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning – I’d have stayed there forever – but the bed is a bit too soft and the bathroom sink isn’t very practical.

The room’s location is perfect, close to both Lipari’s center and the harbor, and because it’s on a higher floor it gets fresh air at night, which is a big plus; the garden around it is wonderful and kept like a gem by the fantastic Elio, a delightful person with whom we had great conversations; Maria Rosa welcomed us, also very kind and super helpful for anything that came up; you can feel the place radiates love in every detail. The only small drawback is the kitchen – a tiny camping stove would have made everything perfect.
