“Unless you’ve spent every dollar you have to get to Disney, stay somewhere else”

The spot near Disney is excellent, and the transport to and from the park/hotel is included. The rates for lodging, breakfast, Disney, and airport transfers are very cheap. The staff were friendly, helpful, and used a translation device that worked well. The hotel, however, looks nothing like the photos and clearly needs a makeover. We booked two nights but didn’t sleep at all on the first night because the bed was so uncomfortable—so firm it felt like sleeping on the ground—before a big day at Disney. We left on the second day and found another hotel. The building is run down; our bathroom door was on its last legs, and the shower didn’t fit its installation spot, so it was heavily siliconed, leading to black mould. We were on the ground floor and it was very noisy—we could hear outside the room, the room on the other side of our bathroom, and above us. There are much better hotels in the area for a fraction more money; spend the extra for a much better stay.

“Très bien”

Very comfortable, with a washing machine and dryer available. Very family‑friendly with a restaurant. Free shuttle to and from Disneyland and the airport. The staff are very friendly and help with our requests. I recommend it. There’s no water in the pool. It has a play area for kids. Only a tiny fridge in the room is missing, but that only affects me.

The location is great if you’re heading to Disneyland like we were. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff are amazing and went above and beyond even though they couldn’t speak English. The restaurant is great, cheap, and we loved the free breakfast. The free shuttles to and from Disneyland are an absolute bargain as well.

Close to Disney park. Nothing like the photos. If you look on maps it’s not a hotel; it’s a home‑stay location. You can’t walk around the streets. The bus to and from Disney is always full unless you leave Disney way before fireworks or arrive well after opening. The pool was empty so we couldn’t use it. No variety in food and what they had wasn’t good. Mold in the shower. The bed had stains. You could hear everything outside rooms, cars going in and out all morning and night, and people going to their rooms upstairs all the time.

A great spot for a Disney trip, thanks to the handy free shuttle to and from the airport, and the shower was good, but the photos were edited and the place isn’t as pretty in person, and the breakfast selection was too limited.
