The location was great, but the breakfast could have offered a few more options.

The service was excellent, and everything else was perfect.

The location was great, right in the city centre, but I had a room change at my request and the second room was much better.

Everyone on the staff was very friendly, the location and parking were great, yet the hotel seemed poorly maintained, the breakfast quality needed improvement, and the facilities and bath towels were lacking; these small details could have made the place excellent, especially since the team is so dedicated.
