We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was great, but a special mention goes to Gordana at reception, who made us feel truly at home with her warmth, kindness, and hospitality. She made our stay extra special. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

The property is in a very nice, quiet location, especially at night. The parking is shared with the lift facilities, which are really close. The breakfast is wonderful and has a nice variety. We also had dinner, which is very varied and uses good quality products. Very close to the city, but it’s better to take a car to get there. The rooms are nice and have a nice view. The pool and SPA are very nice and practical. The staff are very helpful and courteous.

The staff are especially noteworthy, always friendly and helpful. The wellness area is new and very nice, but could become tight when the hotel is fully booked. The breakfast is very versatile! Very good! Beautiful hikes directly from the hotel! The opening hours of the wellness area are a bit odd, only from 16:00! This clashes with dinner, which runs from 18:00-20:00, and that was why we didn’t book it. We were in the “traditional house” where the entrance was unlit as was the parking lot.

Very friendly and accommodating staff; a modern, comfortable hotel with many advantages such as a pool and spa, a playground right next to the terrace; a bar, a kids’ playroom with a program. The kitchen was excellent; you’d want to try something from everything. All in all we felt very comfortable here and would choose this hotel again anytime. Thanks again to the whole team. The water temperature in the shower fluctuates between cold and hot. A suggestion would be to also provide a water dispenser in the entrance area or on the floors.
