The staff were very nice, but the room wasn’t as clean as it could have been; an old orange peel was under the bed and there was a pile of items under the sofa when we pulled out the sofa bed.

The location was good and quiet, and the welcoming area was nicely decorated, but the tub’s coating was peeling off so it looked gross—there were “bandaids” in the restroom rather than a full fix, and I didn’t feel the price matched what was offered.

The bed felt like sleeping on a board, the bathroom tub looked like it had been painted and the paint was peeling in large spots, the lights went out and the hotel had no generator, and I didn’t receive a receipt at checkout and had to get it from booking.

The housekeeping staff were phenomenal—super friendly and compassionate, especially since I was there after my dad passed away and they were kind and empathetic. However, the electricity went out for 3–4 hours one night, the manager didn’t know what was going on, and I’m surprised the hotel didn’t have a generator.

The Hispanic guy at the counter forgot his name but was very nice and empathetic.
