Hofje van Maas

The location was great and the room was very nice, but the cleaning of our room was severely lacking; we stayed 6 nights. In the first two days we saw the cleaning staff, they asked in the afternoon if we needed cleaning. Then they briefly vacuumed and gave us new towels. The floor was never mopped, the bathroom and its surfaces were never cleaned, and the bed was never made. For the next days we didn't see the cleaning staff and the room was never cleaned or made. After a conversation with reception we received cleaning on the last day. That's not service!

The location was very central, but the room was dirty, the bed had dog hair, the room was not clean, there was a lot of dust, the bathroom smelled like shit, the furniture was broken, and even though I had rented a room several times, room 11 was a catastrophe and very annoying.

The location is wonderfully quiet, yet despite reporting a broken bathroom light on the first day, it was still not fixed by day three, and the bedding stayed dirty until it was finally changed on the third day.

“Zeer matig hotel. Prijs komt niet overeen met kwaliteit.”

De omschrijving van het hotel klopt niet met de werkelijkheid. Bijvoorbeeld de kamers zijn gelegen aan de mooie tuin. Het was compleet bestraat en geen groen te zien. Daarnaast was de kamer te bereiken met een trap. Dat bleek een hele stijle en bij regen uiterst gladde trap te zijn. Onderaan de trap stonden altijd waskarretjes van de wasserij. Die moest je eerst zelf verplaatsen om er door te kunnen. Tenslotte kraakten de bedden dramatisch als je een vinger verschoof en het kussen en dekbed zaten onder de vlekken. Zie bovenstaande
