The upgrade to a suite was great, the suite was very beautiful and spacious, the staff were very helpful, and the location was fantastic. The cleaning in the room was poor, the floor was not clean, and the bathroom had poor ventilation and would need better airflow.

The location was good, the facilities were modern, comfortable, and clean.

The breakfast was superb and Marco gave fantastic restaurant recommendations – thanks again. We even received a free upgrade because we booked multiple days. The location is great: a 5‑minute walk to the opera and the cathedral. Parking is in the same building as the hotel but is extremely expensive (80‑100 euros per day). We parked in Meda, 100 meters away, and paid only about 30 euros per day. The only downside was that there are no wardrobes.
