The staff were excellent—receptionists and the porter alike—facilities were comfortable and nice, the room had water to drink and complimentary coffee, sheets and towels were clean, the location was great for public transport or driving, and I was allowed to leave my luggage before check‑in. The only issue was that neighbors turned up the TV volume loud after 10 pm and I couldn’t rest, and I would have liked the front desk to give me the restaurant price list, especially for breakfast.

The facilities look pretty, but you can hear everything from the rooms—conversations and especially shouting. Unfortunately, the room next to ours had people shouting, and any conversation was audible.
