The room was good, the bar and the (unfortunately short‑opening‑time) restaurant next door were fine, and the staff there were good. The advertising was overblown; you have to cross a busy road to reach the sea. The restaurant staff were disengaged. The spreads were old‑fashioned French. The touted breakfast – no thanks!

The location was excellent and the food was good. It was advertised as ultra all‑inclusive, but there was an extra fee for the sauna and the gym was very bad.

I liked all the staff, the guests were clean, the hotel was well‑located and magnificent.

The staff, especially Laisan, were very nice and warm. The restaurant staff, however, were strange and arrogant. In an international hotel, one should accept all languages!

The reception was rare and helpful, and I loved the food that was served. The rooms were clean, overall a good experience. The only thing I didn't like was one person, possibly the restaurant manager on the 5th floor, who kept talking kindly to those who tipped him all the time. We tried to do the same, but he was just not friendly to us and kept an eye on what we ate or drank, which I didn't find pleasant. Aside from that, the other staff in the restaurant were sweetly attentive.
