Excellent service from Vanessa and Marcos; we were taken care of superbly—10 out of 10. My daughter loved the pool.

A spotless room, comfy bed, and a breakfast spread with plenty of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the bathroom lock had a leak and the fridge was so old it needed replacement.

Breakfast was good, the location is convenient, and the bed is comfortable. Since it’s an old hotel, they should at least have smart TVs with options like Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services.

The room is very nice and spacious, everything is well organized. I liked the facilities and apartment, but had a bad experience during my stay. On the same day I arrived, there was a wedding, I booked two rooms and asked for an early check‑in on one, but it wasn’t possible; the apartment was released at 2 pm. The other room was only available at 4 pm, but I had already gone to the event, so I only got the key when I returned around 1 am. Additionally, there was confusion over the parking charge that had already been paid when I entered the room, yet they tried to bill me again.

The breakfast was excellent, with quality and variety that met our expectations, and the location made our short stay much easier.
