The rooms aren’t soundproof, so waking up to hammering and other noises at 7 am every morning is impossible while on holiday. We asked for a room change, but the new one still faced the construction noise. Also, when we tried to use the pool, the kids—probably the staff’s children—kept jumping in the water next to the loungers. We told them to stop, yet they continued right under their parents’ eyes without any explanation.

We were greeted with such warmth from the start. Everyone was kind, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help or offer advice. What struck us most was their genuine kindness and hospitality; you can really feel they care about guests and want to ensure a great stay. Every interaction was warm, easy, and sincere. Huge thanks to the whole team for the wonderful welcome, their kindness, and all the little touches. We’ll remember the lovely people and the true Cretan hospitality with fondness. ❤️
