Karen was an excellent host; the room was clean, fresh, and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was in the room, and if we asked for anything, Karen would have gone the extra mile.

The location was close to Weymouth beach, the train station and a car park. The place was clean, tidy, well kept, and the breakfast was fantastic with great options plus lovely complimentary items in the room. The owner, Karen, was friendly and happy to chat and give us local tips. The only downside was that, being an old building with single‑glazed sash windows, it was a bit noisy at night; we’d have preferred curtains in addition to blinds so that early‑morning light was fully blocked.

This was one of the cleanest guesthouses we’ve stayed in; the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would stay again. The only disappointment was the parking situation.

The location was good, the rooms cozy, the breakfast tasty, and the beds comfortable. Parking was available and they still had spots left for us. The only minor issue was the shower’s water pressure, which could have been better.
