“Disappointing.”

The hotel’s style and products were interesting, but having a guitar amp in the room felt pointless if the basics weren’t right. The location was poor and felt unsafe; the area outside was dirty and rundown. Staff attitude was very poor, and the hotel didn’t reflect the warm Irish welcome tradition. American guests should know the air‑con is centrally controlled. We stayed at the end of August, not especially hot, yet the room was still too warm. The “upgrade” offered was actually just an accessible room, not an upgrade at all.

“Really lovely stay.”

The hotel was a real treat; the drinks were fantastic, especially the Baileys coffee that I even took back to my room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the city view from the room was stunning. The room’s insulation worked well—loud construction outside was muffled once I shut the window. Breakfast was lovely, with a yoghurt and cereal station that offered a wide range of fresh, tasty options. I didn’t love the shower’s look from the room, but a curtain was available for those who preferred it. The galley was handy, letting us make drinks and use an iron, though I wished the coffee were a bit more special than instant.

The sheets and towels were clean, the lights were adjustable, and the bed was comfortable. The vending machine in the gallery was out of order for two days.

The breakfast was a full international spread or a partial Italian one with many choices; everything was very tidy and clean. I liked every aspect and corner of the hotel.

Super clean, smells lovely everywhere! Fabulous finishings. Stellar staff Stunning stout on tap, yummy fruits n all. 👌🏿. Me French 75, was warm & flat. 🥲
