The room was roomy and comfortable, and the cleaning crew kept it spotless every day of our 3‑night visit; free snacks, coffee, and water were available in the lounge, and the host welcomed us warmly and helped us out even though we didn’t speak Italian. The spot is great—just a short walk or bus ride to the old town, but it’s quiet at night, and there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby, so I’d definitely recommend it.

L’accueil de Lucia et sa gentillesse, elle réponds avec patience à toutes nos questions. J’ai aussi aimé le niveau de sécurité de l’établissement, l’ascenseur, le confort du lit, le balcon, le café. Le déjeuner est pour les personnes avec la dent sucrée. Un réfrigérateur dans la cuisine est disponible pour tous les clients. Il n’y en a pas dans chaque chambre. La gentillesse du concierge qui parle plusieurs langues et qui nous a donné de précieux conseils pour acheter les tickets de stationnement à la Tabacchi lorsque vous stationner entre les lignes bleues. Merci beaucoup à Lucia. Super employé 👏. La pomme de la douche qui devrait être changée. Je vous suggère d’apporter vos fruits , yogourt et charcuterie et fromage pour le petit déjeuner car il y a un réfrigérateur dans la cuisine commune

Lucia’s hospitality and willingness to help were great, and I could brew a good coffee; the room was clean. The towels dried very little.
