From the bathroom mirror you can see the toilet rim isn’t clean; the door latch in room 1109 doesn’t close fully; the foam pillows are as flat as a board. Fix all of the above.

“It’s very nice hotel with great pool”

The bed was comfortable, the pool and bar were nice, and the facilities were good. Breakfast buffet is only available on weekends, and the AC in the room is noisy.

“We had time to relax and would have like it more if the faint smell would not have been in the room.”

The amenities were fine, but I couldn’t watch Apple TV because it was a Google Cast. There was a smell that might have come from the next door, and next time I’d opt for a better room—no double bed.

Breakfast was good, and Rowcina at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The first night’s stay was fine getting out of the garage, but two days later when we stayed we couldn’t get the arm to come up. We had a flight to catch, and it took a long time to get someone to help, which was tricky because he had to drive through with us right behind and the arm came down on the car.

“Nice comfortable but needs a room refresh.”

The spot is spot on, but there was a parking fee that popped up when we got there and the room sat on a high floor right next to the elevator. I could hear the whole night because a big conference was going on in the hotel.
