A charming, well-equipped inn with a traditional feel, where the hosts gave personal attention, hosting weekly grill evenings and smoked fish gatherings for guests. The breakfast was excellent, featuring local delicacies. The room was spacious, beautiful, and came with a balcony. The location was very quiet and ideal for canoeing, cycling, and boat tours.

The atmosphere of the renovated old barn, including the breakfast room, was perfectly executed. The location was ideal for hikes and exploring the surroundings. Ten minutes on foot from the centre and several restaurants, located on a quiet side street. Plenty of storage space in the bathroom and in the cabinets. For a three‑week stay the breakfast was fantastic. There was no scrambled eggs, but the sausage and salads varied. Homemade jams and juices as well as fruit, boiled eggs, cheese, muesli and fresh milk with excellent coffee rounded out the selection. Buns and boiled eggs were already sliced. The communication with the hosts was very positive. Their helpfulness and travel tips were routine. Small things we would mention here would be inappropriate for a pension. Many of the items mentioned were things we had missed in hotels before. The hosts love their profession and you can see that in all aspects, so no criticism.

The property is impressively tidy, the pension is super clean with plenty of storage, the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially with sightseeing info, and small requests were met immediately; overall we really enjoyed it and would recommend the pension. The breakfast buffet could have been a little more varied, even though the homemade plum jam tasted delicious!!!
