The hotel restaurant is incredibly vegetarian‑friendly – we dined there for three consecutive evenings and were served authentic Thai dishes that made our usual travel‑veggie struggles disappear, so I’d highly recommend it to any fellow vegetarians; the location is lively yet quiet enough for a restful night, right next to the beach, and the overall value is excellent, so I’ll definitely stay again on my next Phuket visit.

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, smiling, and pleasant. The only thing that could be improved is that rooms should have slippers and bathrobes.

The staff were fine. The breakfast, however, was nowhere near continental – no coffee makers, and the coffee served in a small cup was terrible. There was a lot of food for Indians and Thai people. The pool area felt too cluttered and very shady.

The location is perfect, right by Arab Street and opposite a 7‑Eleven, and the staff were courteous and helpful; the rooms were clean and the breakfast wonderful, and we were welcomed with a greeting card and free restaurant vouchers. No complaints at all.
