The suite was huge and palatial, like sleeping in an Arab palace—an unforgettable experience; however, the building’s historic charm masks the need for some maintenance updates due to its age.

We were greeted warmly, the spot was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful, yet the riad needs renovations and better upkeep from the owners; it was a decent compromise for two family nights to enjoy the lively and beautiful Tetouan. The noise at night was an issue because the central location lacks proper insulation, and our room faced a bustling café terrace, making it hard to sleep. We also noticed broken or badly worn furniture in the common areas. The rooftop terrace, however, remains lovely in the evenings and early mornings for sunrise views over the city.

“Разочароващ”

We missed breakfast because our flight was very early, but the hotel arranged airport transport, which was great for such an early hour. The photos looked cozier, and I’m not sure the room we got matched the images; it lacked any comfort. The building is old and neglected, with loud outside noise that persisted late into the night, making it almost impossible to sleep since we had to wake at 4 am. I would not recommend it.
