The service is very good, the rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is delicious. The pool is not heated; this should be improved.

The amenities look great, but it would have been better if the pool were heated; the water was so cold that nobody used it, and traveling with kids made that a problem. The jacuzzi was also not working during my stay. The pool was icy, and the sheets I had to change were dirty.
