“Eu e a minha família amamos o local, fomos bem atendidos e tudo estava excelente.”
Everything was flawless! The only thing I missed was kitchen utensils.

The hotel is well‑structured and cozy, and the host was very attentive – a perfect 10.

Bruno is a very attentive host! He helped before check‑in, during the stay, and at check‑out. The resort staff are all very polite. The place is complete, with plenty of activities for families with kids. The TV would only turn on and off if you unplugged it. I asked the reception twice to check if it was a remote battery issue or a fault, but they didn’t fix it.

The spot is great, but the bathroom feels cramped.
