The location was fine. The reception service was terrible; after booking two nights, I asked the reception girls on the first night if I could cancel the second night because it was too hot and I could hear all the strange noise, and the photos didn’t match reality. They said I couldn’t cancel without even checking, so I checked my reservation to see if cancellation was possible and, of course, had to pay more, which I did. Still, the reception staff were hostile and rude. I left in a hurry and would not recommend staying there.
