“Safe, clean, comfortable!”

Comfortable, clean, nice staff, safe location, all for a great price. Exactly what we needed. The staff helped us with our unique solution to check in early. We will be staying here again. I would suggest you bring some of your own items like shower stuff, for example. That didn’t bother me at all, but others might be picky about their experience. The only thing I can suggest is to put a shower curtain in the room we were in. But again, nothing I couldn’t solve in the moment. It didn’t bother me. I had peace of mind staying here.

The location was very handy, yet the bathroom floors in the rooms were cracked, the hotel clearly needs a major renovation, and the hallway had a strong drug (weed) odor.

“Did not meet expectations”

The hotel’s location was great, close to many restaurants and businesses, but as a solo traveler who had read many recent positive cleanliness reviews, I was instantly let down upon arrival: the room had a musty smell that even my purchased air freshener couldn’t mask, the double queen bed sheets were stained—one with a pen mark—, the bed creaked whenever I moved, the bathroom door and wall had splatter marks, and both the room and bathroom lighting were awful and dim. When I returned downstairs to retrieve something from my car, I was told the elevator was out and I had to use the stairs. The overall experience fell far short of the high expectations set by the glowing reviews, and I wish I’d paid a bit more for a different hotel in the area.
