I paid for a room for two people, but they got it wrong and told me they had none because of an internal booking issue, so they offered me a shared room with single beds. They didn’t give me anything else; I only paid for the bed, and there were no extra towels, no hand soap, and no hot water. I accepted because I already had to leave and it would have been harder to move or cancel. They didn’t honor my reservation and it didn’t include anything.

The location was fine, but there was little staff and no air‑conditioning or good lighting in the rooms. They didn’t give you a sheet to cover yourself.

“ni me quede no me permitieron fui descriminado”

I was kicked out of the hotel because I was on a Block list, even though my reservation existed; nobody was around, so they didn’t even bother to honor it. The service was a real letdown.
