It’s relaxing and spacious, but it’s a bit old.

The pool was nice and the staff were generally kind and helpful. I booked a luxury room with a sea view, but when I opened the curtains I saw only buildings and palm trees. I was moved to a higher floor with a sea view, but that took more than a day. They promised the new room would be ready at 3 pm, and at 6 pm they said they had no idea when it would be ready. When I finally got into the new room I was told that to turn the air‑con off I had to open the balcony doors. I did that and came back hours later to a room with water dripping off the walls and pooling on the floor – never experienced anything like that! Awful. We booked a half‑board experience and had drinks we bought elsewhere confiscated, and were told we had to pay for bottled water. A really bad experience all round.

The building was old, the food was awful, the staff were unhelpful, and check‑in took painfully long.

A lovely hotel, all staff were excellent, there were pools for kids, a pharmacy, a supermarket, and every service and facility was beautiful. Nothing to complain about.
