Sunwest Hotel Sasebo

I booked because of the rave reviews about the breakfast buffet. Even though I checked in after 9 pm, the staff were wonderful, gave me a map, and told me about nearby restaurants, making the night great 😭👏✨ The room was considerate for my child and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, especially the “lemon steak” and “fried horse mackerel”; I kept ordering more. The pudding was surprisingly better than the cake shop. I’ll definitely stay here next time I go to Sasebo, or even make a trip just for this hotel. Thank you, and the shampoo provided was excellent too! No negatives.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The lemon steak, fried horse mackerel, and breakfast were all delicious. When I go to Sasebo, I’ll only stay at Sunwest Hotel.

The hotel offered plenty of amenities and let me pick what I needed, plus they included coffee as a stay perk, which I liked.

The front‑desk staff were extremely polite, friendly and made us feel welcome – thank you for that – and even though the room was old it still felt clean. At breakfast, a cart piled high with dishes blocked other guests’ space, prompting someone to raise their voice in irritation, which was unpleasant to see, but the food itself was tasty; the lemon steak and horse mackerel fry were order‑only items, and because the staff member wasn’t at the ordering station we had to wait a bit before they took our request.

“また、泊まりたい良いホテルでした”

Even though we arrived a little early and it was raining, they let us check in right away and handled the motorcycle parking quickly, and the breakfast was delicious. There were no real issues at all.
