The location was very good, right next to the German consulate, so it felt secure. The front‑desk lady was very pleasant. The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, which was quite unpleasant.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast had a wide selection. The rooms were large and bright, the lighting was excellent, and the bathrooms had plenty of space. They reserved a street parking spot for me because the hotel parking was full, which I appreciated as good service. Unfortunately, there were two phishing attempts to steal my credit card details. I can’t say how they obtained my data, including the booking number, to send me an email with a link to a fake address, and then tried again a few days later via a message on the app.

The architecture, the location, and the people there were fantastic! The bathroom had a horrible stench from the plumbing, and the heat was unbearable with all radiators closed, so we had to sleep with the window open.

I loved the location and they helped us a lot; we checked in later than usual, and there was water and coffee. The shower had a problem, but it was fixed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the studio room was huge, modern, and spotless with its own terrace, and the side street location was very quiet—only about a 10‑minute walk to the city centre. Parking could be reserved on the premises for €5 per night. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and you could also sit on your terrace right next door if you wanted. The Wi‑Fi was stable and fast.
