Living in Buenos Aires, I expected a top‑tier hotel in Palermo, so I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast—especially the coffee, which is hard to find at most local hotels, and the fresh croissants. No one asked me twice for a second cup. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, a key reason I’d return. The neighborhood is quiet even though it’s in Palermo Sigo, which helped me rest. I spent a good amount of time in the lounge, which was very pleasant. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

I was charged 20% extra for paying with a card, which is ridiculous and wasn't mentioned in the offer, and one day the room wasn't cleaned.

“The best bed in Buenos Aires?”

The rooms are spacious with a nice balcony, and the bed comes with a good duvet and pillows. The hotel’s location is excellent, with many great restaurants nearby and plenty of tourist spots. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The entrance is just a big fence, so when we first arrived we thought we were at the wrong place, which is a confusing first impression. The lobby and first floor feel like stepping into a dark nightclub; it’s not as bright as the pictures suggest. The water is REALLY hot—watch out so you don’t burn yourself. Once you get used to that, the hotel is great!
