Alex greeted us at reception and was super polite and kind. The next day Alexsandra was at the front desk and welcomed us warmly. The front desk is open 24 hours, so you can arrive anytime. There’s a café at the entrance, and every time I passed the reception I could grab a little snack. Another guard helped me when I needed him to heat my lunchbox; he was very calm. The towels were clean and the price is great. On the downside, the air conditioner only cools, no heating (but I asked for extra blankets and they provided them). There are two flights of stairs to reach the reception, which could be an issue for people with reduced mobility. A towel hook in the bathroom would be useful.
