Overall, my experience was moderate, but there are a few areas that need attention to improve the guest experience. During check‑in, the front desk asked me for the confirmation number, which should have been available already, so the process took longer than expected. The Wi‑Fi was stable and provided good connectivity throughout my stay. The on‑site restaurant was good, the food tasty and reasonably priced. I would recommend focusing on room cleanliness, basic amenities, and the check‑in process to make the stay more comfortable. The room’s overall cleanliness was only average; main areas were tidy but some corners and surfaces were overlooked during turnover, and the bathroom door and other areas were not adequately cleaned. The bed linens, blankets, and sheets were not up to standard. The room lacked a TV, though the cables and setup box were present, indicating the unit had been removed. There was no coffee maker in the room, which is a basic amenity I would expect at the given rate.

The location is decent and the room is fairly clean, but we had trouble with the toilet: it’s so high that our legs dangle and we can’t touch the floor, which is very uncomfortable. There’s no room service, no coffee, tea or breakfast, and the TV doesn’t work.

“It was decent, but very overpriced”

The blankets had holes and the bed sheets were stained. Room service was painfully slow; when I called for water I didn’t get it until 30 to 45 minutes later. I tried to extend my stay by one day, and the front desk told me I could do it when I checked in, but when I asked on the day they said all rooms were booked and I had to leave in 30 minutes.

“ok for short stop over”

The location is quiet and away from the city, the room is clean, and the bar & restaurant ambience are plus points, with food and service being okay. However, there’s no on‑site restaurant and even coffee has to be fetched from a far place – I drove into town for a decent cup in the early morning, so a coffee shop on the property would have helped. The bar menu is very long, yet many items I wanted were unavailable; a simpler menu would be better. I also struggled to find an EV charging station, and the rates are a bit high.
