The place was huge for Japanese standards, and the staff were very attentive, though the unmanned reception meant you didn’t always get an instant response. All requests were handled quickly anyway, so I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it. The only downside was the unmanned reception.

The room looked nice and modern, but the uneven floor made my kids stub their toes several times. I couldn’t turn off the bathroom fan, and some lights wouldn’t fully shut off, which made it hard to sleep. For the price I’d have expected the bin to be emptied daily, but it wasn’t. The location works for trains, yet the neighborhood isn’t very family‑friendly.
