Everything was fine: the food, the staff, and the cleanliness. Only thing is that they should do a pest control treatment from time to time; we had a room full of roaches that smelled awful and we had to pick them off the curtains.

“Ok in afara faptului ca am alunecat si mam lovit foarte rau la spate la intrare in jacuzi”

Breakfast was good and the location was fine, but the jacuzzi was slammed hard at the entrance.

“A fost o experienta placuta pe Valea Oltului”

I liked the warmth in the rooms (especially for my wife), the high temperature of the indoor pool, the staff’s friendliness, the saunas, and the jacuzzi. Even though it’s clean and tidy, the hotel doesn’t meet 2026 standards—just look at Bulgarian hotels. With a few investments many things could improve… The indoor pool is quite small for the hotel’s capacity, and those pool tiles look awful from my point of view.
