Staying one night is fine, but not for a long stay. Mold in a corner, the shower drains all water into the toilet, dirty bedding, the door handle to the room works intermittently – you have to twist it 10 times to get out. You can hear everything happening in neighboring rooms. I understand curfew, but the hotel doors lock and you can’t get in or out; a magnetic key for entry would have helped.

The only thing I liked was that the staff communicated fairly well. The conditions were horrible, everything was raw, something dripped from the ceiling, the bed was dirty, 0/10.

Все пройшло просто чудово! Найбільше вразило ставлення персоналу — зустрічають із посмішкою та завжди готові допомогти з будь-яким питанням. Номер перевершив очікування: новий, світлий, із чудовим ремонтом та дуже зручним ліжком. Дякуємо за затишок і гостинність, обов’язково повернуся. Усе сподобалося, мінусів немає!

What I liked most was that the room was clean. The staff was excellent, very pleasant woman.
