“Overall nice and satisfied.”
Bilik sangat bersih , selesa, spacious untuk kami family of 6 pax. (Family room with mountain view) Location sangat strategic - walking distance to the beach and eateries. Jalan 2 minit dah sampai ke main road teluk nipah. Pool - among the largest , i think, compared to other properties in teluk nipah. simple but fun. just in front of your door. Breakfast pun ok sedap je eventho same menu everyday. The water pressure was low, especially during peak hours. The TV not working. We reported the issue on our first day and followed up again on the second day, but no one attended to it before we checked out on the third day. This was disappointing, especially since we stayed for several days and had planned to watch the Merdeka Parade together. Room number 90

The staff were very welcoming; if you’re coming by taxi they’ll call one for you. A water dispenser sits on both the ground and top floors, which is handy. The spot is right next to Teluk Nipah beach, so a short walk takes you to the beach, eateries, convenience stores, souvenir shops, and watersport vendors. The room was clean and well kept, with an air purifier, mini fridge, hair dryer, and iron, plus plenty of space for luggage. Breakfast was good and convenient because most places don’t open early. The toilet ventilation could be better—the fan is slow. There’s no lift, only stairs, but the larger family rooms are on the first floor and the ground floor.

It’s very clean, the people are kind, the breakfast is good, and there’s water in the room, which is great. It’s close to restaurants and the beautiful beach. They’re renovating; the lower part already looks nice, the upper part is a bit old‑fashioned, but it’s on the plan to fix it.
