Before we got to Lee on Solent, Karen called me to give arrival details. When we walked into our room it was clean and welcoming, making for a comfy stay. Breakfast was tasty and enjoyable, a nice touch to have it in our room. Thanks, Karen, for a lovely weekend.

A warm welcome and a well‑furnished room with everything I needed. The location was exactly what I wanted and the area was very quiet. I liked the off‑street parking, which can be scarce if the hotel is full. Outside, the hotel didn’t match what you’d expect inside; a sign would help. The exterior could use some work to make it pop and better showcase how lovely the place really is.

A charming B&B in a superb location, the bed was comfy, the room spotless, and it offered good value. Check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free, parking on site was free, the host was fantastic, and I enjoyed a delicious sausage and egg sandwich for breakfast! If you’re nearby and need a place to stay overnight, I’d recommend Avon Manor Guest House.

Great contact from hosts, a light and airy room with a comfy bed, and a simple but fresh breakfast that was hand‑delivered. The shower door wouldn’t shut and the bathroom could use a lick of paint.
