Clean and cozy hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast was good and varied. The location was great because the main train station was close. The area was somewhat noisy, though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The neighborhood didn’t feel particularly German; it had more of an eastern vibe.

The breakfast is always fantastic, the staff are friendly, attentive, and they always go the extra mile for special requests. I appreciate being greeted by name at the reception, receiving a bottle of water in my room, and then finding a welcome note, a cozy bathrobe, which makes it easy to head straight to the pool and sauna. Thank you to everyone in the house for always making me feel so warmly welcomed!
