Everything was spotless and the staff were friendly, and honestly there was nothing to complain about.

The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was, even the scent of freshly cleaned air, and the staff were excellent, with no issues at all.

We were upgraded to a suite that pleasantly surprised us; it worked perfectly for our multi‑day stay as our home base while we were in the area. We really enjoyed the size, cleanliness, and layout of the suite, especially the kitchenette, and the location was perfect. However, the mounted TV in the bedroom should be repositioned because the door, when not closed, partially covers it. We would have liked the adult pool to start at 9:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 p.m. to enjoy it more, but there were many families staying at the time, making it hard to have any actual swim time.

The staff were friendly and helpful; the woman who checked us in was so helpful that we brought her back crème brûlée from the Dockside as she highly recommended it, and she was gone for the weekend (sad face). The breakfast staff were great too.
