The location was great, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the check‑in and check‑out were smooth.
“Very nice”
The location and value for money are excellent, but the lifts feel a bit small.
Only the location was acceptable. The staff seemed uncooperative and emotionally unstable; you have to pay for everything at the hotel—even a toothbrush—and they charge a fee for a late check‑out, whether an hour or two. There was also an unpleasant odor in the lobby and hallways.

The hotel is very well situated, classy and clean, the staff smile and are efficient, very accommodating and quick to resolve any issue, the rooms are beautiful and well maintained, everything is perfect, and breakfast is plentiful. Nothing to add.

Location, room size, staff are brilliant. Construction work, and pool area could do with a refresh, but it will all be improved for my next stay
