The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere in the hotel great, the kitchen superb, the massages brilliant, and everything else perfect.

The restaurant served good food, the staff were polite, the rooms were spacious, the pool and spa were modern, and the breakfast buffet was balanced and plentiful, including freshly made egg dishes. The salad and soup buffet in the afternoon, as well as the cake buffet, were excellent, and there were enough parking spaces. I would have liked the spa slippers to be in the room and for them to be more comfortable; the bathrobes didn’t dry well in the room and the feeling in the bathrobe after a day out was not great; a radiator in the room would help; the bed, pillows and bedding were good, but for a 4‑star hotel I expected a bit more; the ring noise, or rather the elevator, is very audible from the room.
