We booked a non‑refundable rate with prepayment, yet upon arrival the front desk said the room didn't exist. The hotel was full. They helped us find another place, but this shouldn't happen. They kept blaming Booking for the error while it was their fault to stop reservations. Unprofessional. I recommend other hotels in the area.

The common lounge is big with parking, meals and breakfast are very good, but the premises feel a bit dated.

The hotel is very welcoming, suitable for groups or families, which is rare in the Taliwine area. Great for a stopover night, and the neighborhood is quiet. The food gets a bit repetitive (chicken tagine) if staying multiple days, and it feels a bit isolated for city lovers.
