The value for money was solid and the location was convenient, but the hotel’s facilities were showing wear, especially the wooden floor in the room which was damaged in spots and could cause injuries when walking barefoot.

The location was great, parking was available right at the door, the staff were courteous, the cleaning was thorough, and my room even had a small terrace overlooking the mountains.

The place was quiet.

The staff were helpful when issues arose, yet the bed was terrible. After switching rooms the problem improved but wasn’t fully resolved. The shower column didn’t work completely, the furniture was worn out, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast selection was weak. Overall, there’s a lot of room for improvement, especially in investing in comfort.
