The hotel was clean, the bed was neat and tidy, and the bathroom was clean too. However, after checking in at 6.45 pm they told me they would not be providing any food, something they could have informed me about earlier; it was very inconvenient to have to search for food as a customer. Also in the bathroom the towel handle is surprisingly behind the commode, so if any clothes fall, they go straight into the commode – that is pathetic.

We liked how clean the Banzai Rooms were. The staff, especially front desk manager Ms Sakshi Joshi, were very helpful. The location is great, with many restaurants and shops just a walk away, and it’s also central to all tourist attractions in and around Nashik.

The location, cleanliness, and comfort were good. The only downside is that it does not have a restaurant.

This hotel is pretty great - it's right in the city, close to markets and malls, and the rooms are super clean, especially the bathrooms. The staff is really helpful too, and parking is a breeze. My only suggestion would be to add a restaurant, that'd make it perfect.

I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, the convenient location and the staff’s willingness to help, but the hot water was unreliable and the temples were a bit far away.
