With two kids, one a baby, we wanted a place that felt like home. The villa was spotless, had a kitchen for breakfast, a quiet pool area, and a lovely terrace for wine at night. We had to take a taxi to the big Araz supermarket because the nearby shop only sold water and junk, but the restaurant Rahib was a treat and the beach was just a short walk away. The only hiccup was a bit of finishing work on the property that day, but the staff were quick to finish and very friendly.

Living by the sea in this beautiful, convenient house was a dream. The staff—Faik, Natalia, Nazim, and everyone else—were friendly and helpful, making the stay effortless. We couldn't be happier and are already planning to return. The place truly feels like a home away from home.

The place is excellent—clean, modern, and right on the water with a direct beach exit. The staff handled our early‑morning arrival smoothly, and the apartment had everything we needed, though a microwave would have been handy. A short taxi ride takes you to the town center and Baku, and the nearby shops and restaurants are convenient. Two bedrooms and a sofa‑bed living room make it perfect for a family or a group.
