“Высокое качество даже после ухода мирового отельного оператора.”
The sauna, pool, location, and responsive staff were all excellent, and there was nothing negative.

The staff were friendly and the beds were delightful, but there was no hot water in the shower, the restaurant was closed, and I couldn’t connect my laptop to the television.

The hotel sits right in the city center, close to the main business districts, shopping malls, and the airport. The rooms are roomy, but they clearly need a renovation. The gym is decent.

The location is convenient. The check‑in was very slow, and the 5‑star breakfast didn't live up to expectations.

The value for the price was solid, and the pool and spa area were great. The breakfast could use a boost.
