The bed was comfortable, the TV was good for British travellers, and the place was nice and quiet. The reception was disappointing—if you didn’t want full service, you couldn’t get clean towels, toilet paper, or tea and milk. There were no smoke alarms in the room, and you had to climb into the shower, which isn’t good for anyone with mobility issues.

The location was perfect, in a great area and easy to walk to the Colosseum. We walked to all the main attractions in Rome from the hotel, and the only time we used a taxi was to get to the airport.

Everything was wonderful! We were greeted warmly, the breakfasts were good, and the restaurant was superb. The cleaning was excellent. Yes, the room was a bit noisy from the street, but that’s almost everywhere in the city center.

The staff were incredibly helpful; Carlos organized a car service to the airport, ensured the vehicle was ready, and even assisted with our luggage. Our room was fully equipped and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rooftop patio is a nice spot for drinks, and the breakfast included with our stay was exceptional. The hotel’s own restaurant serves great food, especially the best pizza I’ve had. Everything we needed was within walking distance, so I highly recommend this place.
