The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious, and the staff were A+++. I’d highly recommend it, though ongoing building works around the area only affected street access.

The accommodation was good as it accommodated a 3 generation family and was very close to the Heron Island ferry, which we could walk to. It was also very close to restaurants. In the apartment, which was next to reception, every time anyone rang the reception bell, it woke the children up as the bell was very loud. The wall in the apartment is very thin , and the noise of talking came through the walls at 4.00am in the morning

The apartment was spacious, had cooking gear and basic spices, oil, etc., and was located in the CBD near the marina (ferry to Heron Island). The hotel wasn’t at fault for the bright lights and generator running all night due to nearby roadwork; a heads‑up would have helped us consider earplugs.
