The location was convenient, just a short walk from the Messe.

The room was spacious, but the location was inconvenient, the pillow was unsatisfactory, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and the TV was also non‑functional.

I liked the friendly design of the hotel, especially the dominant orange colour. The room wasn’t large, yet it was very comfortable and spotless, and the bathroom was separate with coloured semi‑transparent walls. The towels were clean and the shower soap was excellent. I ran into a problem with the automated check‑in at the EasyHotel entrance – perhaps I didn’t find the correct way – and after entering my details I was forced to pay again for the room that I had already paid for during booking. Luckily, after I reported it, EasyHotel refunded me quickly; they seemed reliable and professional.
