Haus Alexander sits 300 m from the Baltic Sea, in Heringsdorf’s historic center. The resort offers an outdoor pool in summer, and most rooms feature balconies or terraces. Brightly decorated rooms include cable TV and private baths; apartments add kitchenettes. Daily buffet breakfast, nearby Mussel and Railway Museums, bike rentals, and a 500‑m train station enhance convenience.

Good central location, friendly staff; the shower was a bit small but clean, and the spiral staircase up was a bit difficult for someone with a mobility impairment.

Breakfast was plentiful and good, nothing missing; the location is also good, not far from the beach and everything is reachable on foot; the rooms are nice and comfortable, and I liked that I could brew coffee or tea—water kettles and all the ingredients were on the first floor. I can't say anything I didn't like; everything met my expectations.

The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good, but the beds were too small and the sofa bed was awkward to use.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, just a few minutes on foot to the city center and the Baltic Sea, and the breakfast was very plentiful and varied, giving a family‑like vibe.
