I arrived at night, couldn’t get in because the entry code was blocked, there was no one there, it was raining, and a guest who was supposed to arrive an hour later left me outside; there was nothing outside except forest and a road. I entered but couldn’t communicate with anyone at reception, so I had to call my son to contact booking; I was stuck for two and a half hours until booking intervened and the manager ran over to give me the keys – horrible service. Nothing pleased me from the moment no one attended to me at night. I had a personal matter, didn’t speak the language except English, had no one to turn to at night and was alone, elderly. I thought I’d have to sleep on a chair.

Free parking was available, but it wasn’t obvious from the booking that there was no food or drinks, not even a vending machine.

The location was good, but it was filthy and dirty! The parking was directly in front of the window and the room smelled awful.

The hotel is clearly old and in urgent need of renovation! The floor covering color in the room can only be imagined amid the grime and stains; the shower glass has never seen a cleaning cloth for ages and mold clearly dominates the grout!
