It’s hard to describe this place! The hospitality and warm welcome made all the difference. As a fellow mineiro, I appreciate that kind of reception. Everything was great: clean rooms, tidy bathrooms, working air‑conditioning, fresh linens and towels all in excellent condition. It exceeded our expectations! We could drop off our luggage before and after check‑in/out. The breakfast was a hearty northeastern spread with cuscuz, tapioca, cassava, yams, eggs, meat, cold cuts, cake, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and milk. The owners were very helpful, arranging our tours and letting us book a boat directly with them, giving us tips on sights and city navigation. I liked the location, known as Nova Piranhas, because it’s outside the old downtown, so no noise, very peaceful. For those driving, like me, it’s great to stay a bit away from the bustle and still see the whole city, not just the local area. I can’t wait to return! I didn’t like having to leave Piranhas. :(

The place is pleasant, close to a gym, restaurant, pharmacy and shops. The room matches the photos in the listing, and the breakfast is fantastic. What thrilled me most was the owner and his wife’s politeness, affection and readiness. They are extremely courteous, helpful and easy to talk to, assisting me with everything I needed and always willing to make my stay a unique experience. I recommend it to everyone and am very satisfied with my choice.
