The breakfasts were very good and varied. The staff were friendly and the dinner was also delicious. They recommended a white wine from a local winery, which was wonderful. The next day we went to visit the winery and the winemaker.

We arrived around 23:00, had asked the hotel for arrival details and they said it was possible, but gave no specific instructions. When we got there the hotel was closed and nobody answered. After a few calls the security guard finally took the call, met us, and told him no one had informed him about our arrival and there was no booking through Booking. Still he handed us keys to some room after we showed the confirmation. We were exhausted from a long drive and accepted any room, even though we had booked a different one, and there were no apologies from staff. The guard was a great person and understood our situation, even though it wasn't his job.

Everything was great. The location is nice and very atmospheric, especially in the evenings. The animals add to the lively atmosphere. It's great that there are places like this that you want to return to. The food was very tasty! The only downside was that the tap water was weak.

The surroundings, great breakfast, and location are positives. Room number 5 was small or very small. The pool was nice, but the water barely "flowed" from the tap or shower. The internet barely "worked" and there was no chance to use Wi‑Fi. Overall, aside from the staff, everything else was average.
